CLIENT TESTIMONIAL “We almost always stay at B&Bs, and Mulberry Manor jumped into our top 3. We will definitely try to stay there again if we are passing through Sweetwater. The house itself has an interesting history and has been beautifully remodeled and reconfigured by Kim and Mark. We stayed in the Trammell Suite which was, at one time, the ballroom. Both the main room and the bath were huge. It was very comfortable and a great place to relax after a long drive. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and featured some locally sourced jellies with a jalapeno kick and some wonderful sausage. Even better was the conversation with our hosts and the other guests. We planned on leaving right after breakfast, but were having too much fun enjoying the Texas hospitality.” Donna Wray ACTIVITIES NEARBY Sweetwater Texas is known as the Wind Energy Capital of the world with some 500 giant wind turbines atop Trent Mesa. “A wonderful place. Kim and Mark are excellent hosts! It’s an older house with charm and all the necessary comforts including robes, toiletries and plush towels. We had the bedroom with private bathroom which was great for the 2 of us. The bed was super comfortable! The traditional breakfast was heavenly. We didn’t specify anything and it was like they read our minds… so good.” - Aldon G.
